We want you to love your barre3 gear as much as your workout, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items. Please note that sale items and digital subscriptions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
